Welson concentrates on producing camping furniture. Located in east China Huzhou, 100 miles from Shanghai, Welson operates the factory of 20,000 square meter area and manages workers and staff more than 200 employees. Equipped with state-of-the-art machines from Cutting, Punching, Bending, Coating, Injection, Sewing to final Assembly, Welson has achieved a monthly capacity of 300,000pcs. Made of tubular steel structure plus tough polyester fabric, Durable and Hard-Wearing, Welson is able to meet your camping needs with one-stop range of Camping Chairs, Cooler Bag with Stand, Camping Cupboards, Camping Cots, Camping Tables, Camping Stools etc.

Sewing

Over 60 sewing seats and equipped with skilled workers, to ensure each piece finished in standard stitching. Storage is of management, keep clean and good air condition.

Tubing

Tube processing is another important part, determining the chair’s structure. stability and durability, σs195 steel quality maintained, cutting, punching, bending each tube performed in no difference.

Riveting

Riveting is next to complete the structure, each piece of plastic part and rivet wouldn’t be underplayed.

Assembling

Assembly is also crucial step, fit the fabric piece onto the structure, matter of final chair look and function, ensure no wrinkles folded. Goods transit during production is always our concern, hang circulation system is to ensure each chair offline without touching with dusts and ground.

Packaging

Packaging is final online step, each piece would go through all-side inspection before entering carton, in-waiting goods with racking are well Organized.

Loading is ultimate in our factory, specifically designed showering system over the top of container to check no leakage with it, 10x40’ containers shipped per day in average means high efficient handles and scientific logistics inside, goods warehousing is also part of that.

New Journey

2022 is tough after the striking of epidemic, but we never stop my dream, to present more functional and full-of-design products to camping gear market. Camping stoves and grills is our new project ongoing, state-of-the-art equipment has been commissioned ready for trial running, sampling is also available now, we believe the tomorrow is promising for both us and its customers.
